Hugh Jackman’s ex-wife was reportedly seething with anger when she learned that her friends Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively hid her husband’s affair with his co-star.

Deborra-Lee Furness, the actress who split from Hugh Jackman last year after nearly 30 years of marriage, is furious that she was the last to discover her husband’s affair with actress Sutton Foster, a source told RadarOnline . Deborra believes Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively knew about Hugh Jackman’s affair with Sutton Foster but did not reveal it, despite being close friends with her for many years.

“Deb feels betrayed by all three of them. Someone could have told her what was going on but they all chose to stay silent,” the source said.

Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds met on the set of X-Men Origins: Wolverine in 2009 and have been close friends ever since. The two actors live in New York, often see each other and take their wives out to dinner. Their friendship grew even stronger when they starred together in the blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine , released this summer.

After Hugh Jackman, 56, and Deborra-Lee Furness, 69, split in September 2023, Hugh was often seen hanging out with Ryan Reynolds and his wife. The Hollywood couple also invited Hugh to Blake Lively’s movie premiere and invited him to cheer on boyfriend Taylor Swift’s football team.

A close friend of Sutton Foster told Us Weekly : “The relationship between Sutton and Hugh is the reason why the actor’s marriage with Deb broke down. Many people on Broadway know this. We kept quiet because they are both good people. Everyone respects their privacy. But there was an affair there. Now they are really happy together.”

Sources said Deborra was the last person to discover Hugh Jackman’s affair, but when she questioned him, the actor denied it.
