Jennie Garth and her husband Dave Abrams found shelter with her ex-husband Peter Facinelli during the widespread Los Angeles fires.

On Thursday, Jan. 9, the Beverly Hills: 90210 alum, 52, shared an emotional Instagram video, telling her followers how she is coping amid the devastation.

“I just have a deep sadness today,” she said.

Garth added that she and her family are “safe” and feeling “blessed and fortunate” that “our home made it through the night.”

“We’re all so, so lucky that more people weren’t hurt or trapped in the fires.”

After noting that she and her family plan to head back home, she thanked Facinelli, 51, whom she was married to from 2001 to 2012, for letting her and her family stay at his house.

“Me and all the girls and the dogs and Dave,” she said. Garth and Facinelli share daughters Luca, 27, Lola, 22, and Fiona, 18.

Garth also thanked first responders and volunteers who are “providing things for people who have lost everything.”

“Fires are still burning. It’s just unimaginable.”

Her video ended with a message about how to navigate anxiety and uneasiness during times like this.
